Annual obligations

Registered training organisations have annual reporting obligations as part of their conditions of registration.

These obligations fall under the VRQA Guidelines for VET Providers and Commonwealth data reporting standards. Unless an exemption applies, RTOs may incur penalty fees for failing to meet reporting requirements.
