The Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) is conducting the 2023 Employer Satisfaction Survey. The survey is an opportunity for employers to help shape the Victorian vocational education and training system. If you employ an apprentice or trainee who attends or has recently graduated from a registered training organisation (RTO), the survey is your chance to let VSA know how satisfied you are with the training they received.
The VSA uses your insights to improve Victoria’s RTO system. Communicating with employers and industry helps make sure Victorians get a quality education and that Victorian businesses have the teams they need to succeed.
The VSA has commissioned Wallis Social Research (Wallis) to conduct the survey. Wallis will have already sent you a
personalised link to the survey.
The quickest and easiest way to complete the survey is to do so online, by either:
- scaning the QR code on the letter you received
- using the personalised survey link if you received an email or text invitation.
If you prefer to complete the survey on paper, survey booklets have also been distributed. Completed survey booklets can be posted back to Wallis using the self-addressed envelope supplied.
If you do not complete the survey through one of the above methods, you may receive a call from Wallis offering you the opportunity to complete the survey over the phone.
Who is the Victorian Skills Authority?
In July 2021, the VSA was established as an Administrative Office of the Department of Education by the Victorian Government to be a key link between the state’s industries, training providers, employers and communities.
In early 2023, the VSA became part of the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR).
