Student exchange programs for Victorian and international secondary school students operated by VRQA-approved Student Exchange Organisations (SEOs) may resume.
Participating students and host families must meet the relevant vaccination requirements and all programs must meet the VRQA Guidelines for Student Exchange Programs.

We will contact SEOs with more guidance to support them in resuming their programs.
We thank SEOs for their work and partnership to make sure all students returned safely to their home countries when student exchange programs were suspended in 2020.
