We have recently published our school intervention framework.
This framework sets out how we make decisions about what action to take to ensure the safety of children in Victorian schools.
Schools can use the framework to understand what action we may take if child safety risks are identified through, for example, media reports, referrals from another agency, or complaints.
The framework covers the indicators of child safety risks and ensures interventions to address them are fair, consistent, proportionate, and transparent.
