The briefing is essential for any organisations applying to become a VRQA-registered RTO.
Please note the VRQA can only register RTOs who deliver to domestic students within Victoria. Organisations who want to deliver in states other than Victoria or Western Australia, or who want to deliver to international students, must apply to the
Australian Skills Quality Authority(ASQA) for RTO registration.
