An agreement on information sharing with the VRQA.In May 2021, VRQA Chief Executive Officer (Director), Jonathan Kaplan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Local Jobs First Commissioner.

The MOU sets out an information sharing agreement between the two bodies to facilitate effective regulation of the Major Projects Skills Guarantee for Victorian public sector construction projects.
