The results of our 2020 client and stakeholder research are now available.
Our clients and stakeholders reported generally high levels of satisfaction with our performance in 2020, and continued to perceive us as a fair and effective regulator.
In 2020, we modified the operation and delivery of some of our services due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In many cases, clients and stakeholders reported they appreciated this flexibility. Some also noted that in the context of the year's fast-moving changes, we could have been timelier with information and advice.
Thank you to everyone who provided feedback and shared their experiences. We have listened and will be acting on the opportunities that emerged, including:
- improving our communication around our various processes, especially around reviews where anxieties may be high
- building on our digital platforms, especially around events and video resources
- increasing VRQA-awareness among apprentices, trainees and their employers.
